Your satisfaction matters to us. Because Lodisia HeatRelief is a personal care product worn on the body, we follow strict hygiene standards for returns.

✓ Unopened items: You may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

✗ Opened or used items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
