How long does delivery take?
It depends on the piece, and the delivery time is always shown on the product page, under the Add to bag button:
- Birth Month Necklace and Dainty Gold Cross Necklace: ships from the USA, arrives in 4–6 business days.
- Layered Coin Necklace and Little Star Locket Necklace: arrives in 7–10 business days.
- To My Wife Necklace: arrives in about 2–3 weeks. Order by November 25 for Christmas.
Shipping is free on U.S. orders.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days from delivery, if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning. See our Return Policy.
What is my jewelry made of?
Each product page lists its exact materials. For example: 18K gold plated brass with a cubic zirconia stone (Birth Month Necklace), stainless steel (Little Star Locket), 14K gold plated brass, nickel free (Cross and Layered Coin necklaces). Our pieces are plated, not solid gold.
Does my order come gift-ready?
Yes. Your jewelry ships in gift-ready packaging.
How do I choose the right birth month?
Choose the month of the birthday of the person you are giving it to. Each month has its own stone color: January – Garnet, February – Amethyst, March – Aquamarine, April – Diamond, May – Emerald, June – Alexandrite, July – Ruby, August – Peridot, September – Sapphire, October – Rose Opal, November – Golden Topaz, December – Blue Topaz. The stones are cubic zirconia in these colors.
